葛方振，男，1975年11月生，博士，教授，硕士生导师，毕业于合肥工业大学，获得工学博士学位。现任计算机科学与技术学院副院长。

主要教学课程：《计算机组成原理》、《微机原理与接口技术》、《软件工程》、《汇编语言程序设计》等。

主持安徽省自然科学基金面上项目2项、省自然科学研究重点重大项目各1项、企业委托项目6项、省级教研项目3项，参与国家级科研项目3项，发表学术论文30多篇，获专利6项，出版学术专著1部，教材2部，获教学成果奖5项。
